Your Company
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Your Company, LLC (“Your Company,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you book a shoot, contact us or receive messages from us, or use Blue Hour (app.bluehourhq.com), the app our team uses to run our work.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, mobile phone number, brokerage.
- Booking details: property address, services ordered, scheduling and access notes.
- Messages you send us by text, email, phone or social media.
- For our team members using Blue Hour: account details, work schedule, and (if you choose to connect it) limited Google Calendar information described below.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
- To send arrival updates, delivery notices for your photos and videos, and invoices.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
Google account information (Blue Hour “Connect Google Calendar”)
Team members (for example, our photographers) can choose to connect their Google account to Blue Hour. When they do, Your Company Hub accesses only:
- Your email address, so shoot invitations are sent to the right calendar.
- Your calendar’s free/busy times (when you are busy, not what your events are), so we never schedule a shoot when you are unavailable.
We use this information only to schedule shoots and avoid double-booking. We do not read the titles, details or guests of your personal events. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, except service providers who host Blue Hour for us. People can disconnect at any time in Blue Hour (Menu → Google Calendar → Disconnect) or in their Google Account settings; when they disconnect, we delete the Google access we stored.
Blue Hour’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Social media accounts (Blue Hour “Social Planner”)
Our team can connect our own company Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok and YouTube accounts to Blue Hour so we can schedule and publish our own photos and videos. When connected, Blue Hour stores a login key for that account and uses it only to publish the posts our team creates, read the account’s name and picture, read our own recent post captions (so our caption helper can match how we write), and check whether a post went through. We do not read private messages through these connections, and we do not sell, share or advertise with this information.
YouTube: Blue Hour uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We only upload videos our team chooses and read the channel’s name and picture.
Any connection can be removed at any time in Blue Hour (Social Planner → Connections → Disconnect), and for YouTube also at Google security settings. When an account is disconnected we stop using it, and we delete its stored login key within 30 days or right away on request (email booking@example.com).
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from us (for example, by checking the box on our booking page or by texting us first), we use your mobile number only to send messages about your bookings and to reply to you. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our scheduling, email, phone, hosting and payment providers), and only as needed to provide our services to you. They may not use it for anything else. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
Information is stored with trusted providers using encryption in transit, and access is limited to people who need it to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client or team member and as long as needed for our records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Email booking@example.com, call (555) 555-0100, or write to us at 123 Main St, Anytown, NC 00000.
